The above cost is the agreed cost pre-start of works with our contractors Balfour Beatty but is subject to some possible increases in final submitted costs on completion of works.

Any potential additional costs are subject to agreement with LCC and can take up to 4 months to finalise Final costs and close out accounts for these works.
