Spot purchasing in supported living services

I request the following information regarding spot purchasing in supported living services by Lincolnshire Council.

1) Provider List & Regulatory Status : A list of all supported living providers used for spot-purchased placements between April 2024-April 2025 (or most recent 12-month data), including:

a. Provider name

b. Company registration number (if held)

c. Care type (e.g., learning disabilities, mental health, autism)

d. Whether the provider is CQC-regulated (yes/no)

e. Whether the provider was appointed without a tender process (yes/no)  

2)Expenditure Breakdown: Total spend on spot-purchased supported living for the same period, broken down by:

a. Provider name

b. Total spend per provider

c. Service user group (LD, mental health, older adults, etc.)  

3) Age Group Allocation : Percentage split of spot-purchased services between:

a. Adults (18+)

b. Children/young people (<18)
