Construction project management tools

I would be grateful if you could provide the following details regarding your council's construction projects:

Common Data Environment (CDE) or Information Management Tool:

1. What Common Data Environment (CDE) platform(s) or Info Management tools, if any, does the council currently use to manage information and documentation for construction and infrastructure projects?

2. If applicable, please include the name(s) of the software/platform(s) and the remaining contract term.

Field Tools:

3. What digital field tools or site-based software applications does the council use to support construction project delivery (e.g. for inspections, snagging, quality control, or field reporting)?

4. If applicable, please include the name(s) of the software/platform(s) and the remaining contract term.

5. If possible, could you also provide the name and contact information for the decision maker for the above platforms.
 

 

1. Sharepoint and ProjectWise.

2. Sharepoint is used Council-wide and subject to external renewal timeframes. ProjectWise is being used for the NHRR scheme, and it's use will cease after that scheme has been completed.

3. Multiple different software options are used on site. This is generally led and provided by our contractors, on a scheme by scheme basis.

4. Aconnex and CCM.
