The Gables, Great Hale - developer bond

RE: The Gables great hale Concerning this development which is getting messy due to the none construction of a surface water outlet into the Beck, this has inspected by North Kesteven District Council (NKDC) and Lincolnshire County Council (LCC), it has the approval of the IDB. The road is still not adopted and from an earlier FOI there does not appear to be any emmidiate plans to do so, but there is a missing drain and a question where it is presently connected.

1. So to the FOI question did or has the developer left a bond which I believe can occur to cover costs of eventualities.

1. A Section 38 agreement and associated bond is in place for this development. This includes a bond to cover the assets to be adopted by this Authority. The surface water system is under a separate Section 104 agreement between the developer and Anglian Water. Further details regarding the bond for this agreement should be requested from the developer or from Anglian Water.
