Reviewing Spending on SEND

I am interested in how the new Reform leadership of local councils is approaching the issue and challenges around provision for pupils with special educational needs.

 

Q1) Is the council looking at reviewing its spending on SEND?

 

Q2) Has the council identified any areas of spending on SEND which could be reduced: For instance home to school transport or use of independent school placements.

 

Q3) Does the council have any other plans or has it made any assessment about the challenges faced in terms of SEND provision.
