I can confirm that the information requested is held by Lincolnshire County Council. I have detailed below the information that is being released to you. 

1.  Lincolnshire County Council own 1 football pitch, in Grantham, this is leased out and not operated by the council, this was the case in the years mentioned above. The council do own some youth centres which may have multi-use games areas or grassed areas used for sport. There are also pitches on many school sites which the council owns.

2. The council does not operate any football pitches, and has not in any of the above years.

3. The council has not closed down or sold any football pitches in any of the above years.

Lincolnshire County Council would recommend reaching out to the District Councils, who have responsibility for leisure, as they are more likely to own / operate football pitches.
