The list also includes procurements that are for renewal of an existing contract. The 'procurement start' date in the data is the 'review date' requested in the FOI and the 'Contract Start date' in the data, is the day after the existing contract expires, as requested in the FOI.

The only piece of data that is missing is Current contract holder.  Lincolnshire County Council’s contract register does include this (as well as some of the data above) and can be found at:
