A list of Fire Brigade call-outs that involve caravans

I am writing to make an open government request for all the information to which I am entitled under the 2000 Freedom of Information Act. To assist you with this request, I am outlining my query as specifically as possible. As I'm sure you will understand, this may not be a definitive list of relevant information.

1. For the time period 01/01/2020 to 01/09/2025, please provide a list of Fire Brigade call-outs that involve caravans.

2. For each incident, please provide the date, time, location (naming the caravan park, or town if not possible), and the number of fatalities (specifying whether they are human or animal).

3. If any of this information is already in the public domain, please can you direct me to it, with page references and URLs if necessary. I understand that under the act, I should be entitled to a response within 20 working days. I would be grateful if you could confirm in writing that you have received this request.

Decision

I can confirm that the information requested is held by Lincolnshire County Council. I have detailed below the information that is being released to you.

1-2. Data available up to 31st July 2025 attached . Data from 1st August 2025 is not currently available due to system issues. Data provided is for caravan fires and does not include false alarms or special service calls. Data includes all fires where the property type is recorded as a caravan and may include derelict caravans. Data may also include caravans that are not in caravan parks.

2. Animal fatalities are not recorded, data provided for human fatalities
