PCNs issued specifically for parking on double yellow lines

I am writing to request the following information under the Freedom of Information Act 2000:

1. The total number of Penalty Charge Notices (PCNs) issued by your council in each of the following calendar years:
2022

2023

2024

2. If available, please also provide the number of PCNs issued specifically for parking on double yellow lines in each of those years.If the requested information is already publicly available, I would appreciate it if you could direct me to the relevant source.

2. This information can been seen by viewing the data at https://lincolnshire.ckan.io/dataset/pcns and the contravention 01 will cover Double Yellow lines, however this contravention is also for Single yellow lines.

We are not able to break down which restriction each PCN was issued for.

As such, this information is exempt from disclosure in accordance with the exemption set out at Section 21 of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 which provides that a public authority need not comply with a request for disclosure under the Act where that information is reasonably accessible by other means.
