Please find attached the structure charts which fall in scope of your request. The Council recognises how its structure of staff can change and has created the generic charts. Publicising our staffing direct contact details can create a diversion of time and resource through unwarranted calls and emails. The Council operates a 'Customer Service Centre' for all contacts and it is expected that they are assigned appropriately using our case management systems.
