Comparing a SuDS Scheme Against a Traditional Drainage System

1) I have been made aware of a study carried out by Lincolnshire County Council in 2017 comparing a SuDS scheme against a traditional drainage system. The SuDS scheme was found to be 27% cheaper. I am hoping to get a full copy of this study if possible please. Any help, greatly appreciated.
