Parking in Sincil Bank

Q1) i have been told that residents parking in sincil bank was not asked for by any of the people that live there i have been told it was only brung in to make visitors use council car parks is this true?

Q3) i have been told in 2018 city council raized an order for the residents parking? can u give me a copy of it pls?

Q1) In accordance with the County Councils policy relating to district council administered permit schemes, a questionnaire was sent to all potential permit holders within proposed Zones in the Sincil Bank area. The overall response in each zone was to support a scheme so it was taken forward to the consultation stage for a traffic regulation order.
