The Gables, Great Hale - adoption of the road

RE: The gables great hale

Under a previous foi I have been informed that you are still in negotiations concerning adoption of this road and has no time scale.



Because of this answer under another FOI I would like to know

1) the reason behind the council's decision not to adopt this road. Why won't or can't you adopt this road is it because of the contractor, road construction, drains landscape.

2) I would like clarification please.

1-2. Lincolnshire County Council will not adopt until both the foul and surface water drainage systems are approved by the adopted body, Anglian Water, and the developer has completed historically identified minor Section 38 works to the satisfaction of Development Management, Lincolnshire County Council.
