Related to public pedal bike/e-bike/e-scooter share hire schemes available for use by the general public. For this, I would like to request the following information on share hire schemes that may have been running for public use in Lincoln between January 1st 2018 and December 31st 2024:

 

1. Has there been an (electrically assisted) e-bike or e-scooter share hire scheme operating in Lincoln at any point between January 2018 and December 2024 for use by the general public?



2. If applicable, how many e-bikes or e-scooters were made available for public use at any one time (ideally month-by-month counts, or otherwise, average monthly count, if available) in Lincoln as part of the e-bike or e-scooter share hire scheme?



3. Has there been a (non-electric) pedal-bike share hire scheme operating in Lincoln at any point between January 2018 and December 2024 for use by the general public?



4. If applicable, what was the start date for when the (non-electric) pedal-bike share hire scheme became available for public use (DD/MM/YY), its pause date (DD/MM/YY, if applicable), relaunch date (DD/MM/YY, if applicable) and stop date of the scheme/s (DD/MM/YY, if applicable), in Lincoln?



5. If applicable, how many (non-electric) pedal-bikes were made available for public use at any one time (ideally month-by-month counts, or otherwise, average monthly count, if available) in Lincoln as part of the (non-electric) pedal-bike share hire scheme?
