Re Single Yellow Lines outside Lincoln Coop High Street Horncastle

1) A copy of minutes/notes from meetings related to the decision to place a single yellow line outside the Coop High Street Horncastle as opposed a double yellow line

2) Copies of all Risk Assessments that been carried out prior to and since the single yellow line was placed outside the Coop High Street Horncastle

3) Copies of all Enforcement Reviews carried related to High Street Horncastle from 01/08/2024 to 31/08/2025 given the high number of Penalty Charge Notices issued

By this I mean the number and frequency of visits carried out by enforcement officers (traffic wardens) and the number of parking penalty charges issued. Specifically, I would like to know whether LCC have carried out any reviews of this data in relation to the High Street in Horncastle, particularly the area of restricted parking outside the Co-op, and whether any conclusions have been drawn from those reviews

1. Lincolnshire County Council (LCC) has not placed a single yellow line outside the Coop as part of these works, as that has been in place here for many years. The scheme introduced double yellow lines only. The assessment for the scheme is attached.
