I am writing to inform you that we have searched our records and some of the information you requested is not held by Lincolnshire County Council. I can provide information for Financial Years 2011/2012 to 2019/2020. Information prior to this is not held any more.

The information provided includes S106 deposits received that were held in an Interest-bearing account until released. It excludes S106 Deposits used straight away to fund services or S106 deposits sat with District Councils prior to passing over to the County Council.
