1. Please provide the number of Penalty Charge Notices (PCNs) issued for the months of November 2024 and December 2024, broken down by the following contravention codes in residential areas only:



* Contravention Code 27 (Parking adjacent to a dropped footway, or dropped kerb).

* Contravention Code 01 (Parked in a restricted street during prescribed hours - yellow lines).

* Contravention Code 16 - (Parking in a permit holder space without a valid permit displayed).



If possible, please also provide the total value of the fines issued for each month for these contraventions.
