Regarding: Lincoln's Titanic Bridge - Spa Road to Waterside South

In answering FOI Number 13746521, at question '3)' LCC used the words, 'a third party'.

I would like to know:

1) The name and address of this 'third party'?

2) When did LCC first communicate with this 'third party'?

3) When did LCC most recently communicate with this 'third party'?

1) Lincolnshire County Council do not hold this information. You can find this information by doing a Land Registry search.

2) Lincolnshire County Council have not made, nor are required to make contact with any third party owners.

3) As above, Lincolnshire County Council have not made contact with this third party. We would only contact third party owners if the bridge did carry maintainable highway, which this bridge doesn’t.
