3) Please state how many home educated children are currently considered CME or not in receipt of a suitable education. This question relates to any child that was known to be home educated before concerns arose
4) What is the status of the children counted in question 3, for example the child has moved out of the area and address now unknown, notified the education is not suitable, served a s437(1) notice to satisfy, or served an SAO (in Scotland attendance order was served).
4) State how many s437(1) have been served since the 30/9/2024 to 30/9/2025.
5) How many SAOs (attendance order in Scotland) served in that same time period.
6) Clarify whether the s437(1) and SAO figures are per parent/caregiver or per child.
