RE: I would be grateful if you could provide the following details relating to education staffing and school developments within your local authority, specifically for maintained schools in Lincolnshire:



1. Total Spend on Supply Staff: The total spend on supply (agency) staff across all maintained Lincolnshire schools for the last academic year (2024-2025), broken down by each term (Autumn, Spring & Summer) and, if possible, by:



a. Type of role (e.g. teachers, teaching assistants, support staff)



b. School phase (primary, secondary, special)



c. Top 5 supply agencies used 







2. Approved Agencies or Framework Suppliers: A list of all currently approved or preferred supply agencies used by the council or its maintained schools, including any framework agreements or managed service providers (MSPs) in place.



 



3. School-Level Agency Spend: A breakdown of agency spend by individual school for the last full academic year (or most recent available).



 



4. School Expansion and Trust Conversions: A list of schools within your local authority that:



a. Are currently in the process of expanding (e.g. adding year groups or increasing intake)



b. Are planning to or have recently joined a Multi-Academy Trust (MAT) in the last 12 months



c. Are scheduled to join or convert to MAT status in the next 12 months (if known)



d. Have low capacity or are operating under capacity (if this information is available)  I mean the schools that are not full based on their physical capacity
