I am seeking information under the Freedom of Information Act regarding the seizure of illegal or counterfeit erectile dysfunction medications (e.g. Viagra, sildenafil, tadalafil) within your local authority's retail environments (markets, independent shops, local sellers).
I would like to request the following information from the council's Trading Standards Office (if it has one):
1.The total number of seizures or enforcement actions per year involving illegal/counterfeit ED medication (Viagra, sildenafil, tadalafil) between January 2020 and the present.
2.The type of premises where each recorded seizure took place
3.The estimated quantity of units and street value (£) of medications seized in each case.
4.Details of any penalties, prosecutions or closures resulting from these enforcement actions.
