I am emailing you to request a copy of the highways site visit notes, width/visibility surveys, and swept-path drawings via FOI for the planning application. PL/0024/24.

We have no further information in Planning in respect of this request other than what is online as part of the planning application: https://lincolnshire.planningregister.co.uk/Planning/DisplayapplicationNumber=PL%2F0024%2F24#undefined

As such, this information is exempt from disclosure in accordance with the exemption set out at Section 21 of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 which provides that a public authority need not comply with a request for disclosure under the Act where that information is reasonably accessible by other means.
