The details we require are:

1. The performance data is called a Performance Table within the FM contract.

The performance table covers, Hard FM planned statutory maintenance, non-statutory maintenance, Hard FM reactive work by priority level, Soft FM planned work, Soft FM reactive work, complaints, processing of contract notices under NEC and submission of reports. These all have specific timescales which the Service Provider must adhere to, otherwise a tiered financial penalty is levied.

2. Contractual spend from 1 April 2025 – 30 September 2025 is approx. £5.7m

3. No, this decision will be made in 2027.
