Nettleton parish Council asset ownership

I am Clerk to Nettleton Parish Council and would like to query the ownership of several assets within the parish to determine responsibility for their ongoing maintenance.

These are:
1) Viking Way Footbridge - on the walking trail from Nettleton Grange to Nettleton Mines - What3Words location is "respect.lakes.gloom"

2) Viking Way Boardwalk - on the walking trail from Nettleton Grange to Nettleton Mines - What3Words location is " immunity.chickens.tomato"

3) Tourist Information Board - Church St. / A46 Junction (next to bench) - What3Words location is "gifts.tearfully.sprinkle"

 

1) Viking Way Footbridge is owned by Lincolnshire County Council (LCC)

2) Viking Way Boardwalk is maintained by Lincolnshire County Council

3) This is not owned by LCC.

The information inside the structure looks like it is probably owned by either West Lindsey District Council or possibly the Lincolnshire Wolds Countryside Service based in Navigation Warehouse, Riverhead, Louth
