Alternative investment portfolio records

1) Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act 2000 ("FOIA"), I request access to and copies of alternative investment portfolio records specifically for close-ended:

Private equity funds

Debt funds

Real estate funds

Infrastructure funds

Fund of funds

Hedge funds

("the Records") and details of:

Committed capital

Invested capital

Distribution

Market value

Net IRR

MOIC/TVPI

On an individual fund by fund basis with aggregated values since inception for from January 1st, 2025 to today ("the Information").

This request is ongoing, seeking copies of (or access to) all Records as they are filed with Lincolnshire County Council Pension Fund/ updates to the Information as they are filed with the Lincolnshire County Council Pension Fund. I am further requesting that the Records / Information be provided to me in PDF or Excel format, if not maintained on computer files, in the same format as they are / it is currently maintained at the Lincolnshire County Council Pension Fund.

2) In your reply can you please specify whether the fund has or has ever invested into the hedge fund asset class, as well as providing hedge fund performance as requested.

1. This information for Lincolnshire County Council’s (LCC) directly held assets is published on a quarterly basis on the LCC website - see the second page of the quarterly "Summary of Investments" published here: https://www.lincolnshire.gov.uk/finances-budgets/lincolnshire-pension-fund/4

2. The fund does not directly invest in hedge finds. LCC has a portfolio of alternative investments managed by Morgan Stanley ("Morgan Stanley Private Markets") which includes a mandate to invest 20% in Hedge Funds, but Lincolnshire Pension Fund does not directly invest in these and it does not hold detailed records of the underlying investments.
