Home to School Transport Management Systems and associated contracts

Under the Freedom of Information Act 2000, I am writing to request information relating to your authority's Home to School Transport Management Systems and associated contracts.

Information Requested

1. Current home to School and SEN Transport Management System

a. Name of the software/system currently used to manage home to school transport operations

b. Name of the software/system currently used to manage SEN transport operations

c. Name of the supplier/vendor providing each  system

d. Annual cost of each system and any initial implementation costs associated. 

e. Contract start and end date for each system

If the same system for both, please state

1a-e. Lincolnshire County Council use one Transport Management System for both Mainstream & SEND transport namely "Mobisoft Travel Centre" known as MTC, provided by Digital Dispatch (Intl) Ltd.

Software has been procured via G-Cloud 14; The contract commenced on 01st October 2025 and is due to expire on 30th September 2029 (this includes optional extension years).

The call-off value of the contract is £197,220 (including optional extension periods) Excluding VAT.
