I am writing to request information, under the Freedom of Information Act 2000, regarding complaints from members of the public recorded in the council's complaints system. Please provide the following information for such complaints in each calendar month from January 2021-September 2025 (inclusive):
1. The total number of complaints received.
2. The number of complaints received by each service or department.
Please provide these data in a CSV spreadsheet file to make them easier to analyse. Thank you very much for your time and h - Decision

For questions 1 and 2, Lincolnshire County Council can provide a copy of the Corporate and Statutory Annual Complaints Reports held which contain detail of the volume of complaints received.
