I am writing to request the following information under the Freedom of Information Act 2000, with priority given to which attendance monitoring provider your Virtual School is contracting to gain the school attendance of your Council's children in care. In particular, I would like to know:

 

1. The name of the organisation that currently provides your attendance monitoring service for the Virtual School?

2.Who is the contract manager responsible for this contract?

3.Who is the procurement officer responsible for this contract?

4.What is the annual contract value?

5.What is the total contract value over the full term of the contract?

6.What are the contract start and end dates, and is there an extension period available?

7.Will there be a procurement exercise at the end of the contract to ensure best value for money for taxpayers?

 

Likewise, I'd like to request the following information under the Freedom of Information Act 2000, with priority given to which ePEP (electronic personal education plan) provider yourVirtual School is contracting to complete its statutory duty in making sure your Council's children in care have an PEP in place each term. In particular, I would like to know:

 

8.The name of the organisation that currently provides your ePEP service for the Virtual School?

9.Who is the contract manager responsible for this contract?

10.Who is the procurement officer responsible for this contract?

11.What is the annual contract value?

12.What is the total contract value over the full term of the contract?

13.What are the contract start and end dates, and is there an extension period available?

14.Will there be a procurement exercise at the end of the contract to ensure best value for money for taxpayers?

Once registered, select 'Contracts' from the menu and then 'Contracts Register' and then 'View Register'. The Contracts Register for Lincolnshire County Council can then be exported using the available filter. Once the excel document has been downloaded, and then filter by Title for 'Virtual Schools ePEP'.
