This workshop will enable students to:

• understand what anti-social behaviour (ASB) is and the different forms it can take.
• recognise how ASB impacts individuals, communities, and local policing.
• explore the consequences of ASB, including legal implications and community harm.
• build awareness of peer pressure and how it can influence negative behaviour.
• learn strategies to make safer, more responsible choices in public spaces.
• know how to report concerns and where to seek help or guidance if they feel influenced, unsafe, or pressured.

Year 7 and 8 students will take part in an interactive workshop focusing on understanding anti-social behaviour and its consequences. Through group discussions, multimedia examples, and scenario-based exploration, students will:

• identify what behaviours are considered ASB and why they cause harm.
• examine the link between ASB, peer pressure, risk-taking, and escalating behaviour.
• explore real-life examples from local policing to understand consequences.
• reflect on how their choices affect personal safety, friendships, and the wider community.
• learn how and when to report concerns, including anonymous routes and support from Lincolnshire Police, @Fearless.Org and Street Safe.
