This workshop will enable students to:
• understand what County Lines is and how organised crime groups operate.
• recognise the tactics used to groom, manipulate, and recruit young people into gangs.
• identify early warning signs that they or someone they know may be at risk.
• build confidence in making safe choices and resisting peer pressure.
• know how to report concerns and where to access support safely.
• understand the real-life consequences—legal, physical, and emotional—of involvement in County Lines activity. - Service Description

Secondary school and college students will take part in an interactive workshop focused on raising awareness of County Lines and gang recruitment. Through discussions, real-life case studies, multimedia content, and scenario-based activities, learners will:
• explore how criminal gangs target and exploit young people.
• understand grooming methods such as promises of money, status, protection, or belonging.
• identify risks linked to drug transportation, debt entrapment, missing episodes, and coercion.
• learn how to spot indicators of exploitation in friends or peers.
• hear about local support services and safe reporting routes, including @Fearless.org - Availability

This workshop is available to secondary schools and colleges across Lincolnshire.
Sessions can be delivered in either morning or afternoon slots, depending on officer availability.
