LCC collective 2025/26 forecast / actual spend on DEI support

I'm trying to establish the LCC collective 2025/26 forecast / actual spend on DEI support. To include, but not confined to:

* Staff Training
* Dedicated Staff Roles
* External Support Services & Contracts
 

In terms of E&D learning and development, we currently have a contract with a company called Vinci that expires in March 2026 (we are not renewing) which provides several e-learning packages, on a few development areas, including E&D.

Alongside we have the mandatory E&D package as part of our public sector duty.

All in all if we are wanting to put a figure on this, I would say we spend less than £5K per annum on E&D e-learning packages.

We don't have any Dedicated Staff Roles.
