The delivery of social care services in the region

Under the Freedom of Information Act 2000, I would like to request copies of the following:

To deliver social care services in your region: 

 1. How many subcontractors do you have?

 2. How long have each of these subcontractors been working with you?

 3. What policies and procedures do you require each of your social care providers to hold? 

 4. How often do you require social care providers that work with you to update their policies and procedures?

1-2. Lincolnshire County Council does not hold a subcontractors register for adults or children’s social care externally commissioned providers.

3. The policies and procedures required would be tailored to the service and any legal requirements relating to any party involved in the service.

4. There is no set timeframe, but they would have to comply with the answer at 3.
