Section 106 agreements

Please could you provide a list of all planning applications or reference numbers that are associated with Section 106 agreements entered into in the year 2015, where all or part of the financial contributions remain unspent as of today's date.

For each planning reference, I would be grateful if you could include (where available):

1. The planning application reference number

2. The date the Section 106 agreement was entered into

3. The type or purpose of the contribution (e.g. education, highways, open space)

4. The amount secured

5. The amount received by the council

6. The amount unspent to date

7. Any expiry or repayment date specified in the agreement (if applicable)

If any part of this request is unclear or likely to exceed the cost limits set out under the Act, I would be happy to refine or narrow the request in consultation with your office.

I would prefer the information to be provided in spreadsheet or CSV format if possible.

Please find the response from Lincolnshire County Council in the table attached.

We have taken 2015 to mean agreements completed in the calendar year, not financial year. For clarification, we have included all balances received and held by Lincolnshire County Council. This excludes any S106 contributions held by any of the District, Borough or City Councils within the County Council area. For further information, the requestor should contact the local planning authorities directly
