If your Council has a Conservation and Design team of any description, that is consulted on planning applications involving constraints such as listed buildings and conservation areas, and what this team is called.If 'yes', what training or qualifications, if any, are prerequisites for an officer working in this team.

I can confirm that the information requested is held by Lincolnshire County Council. I have detailed below the information that is being released to you.
1. Lincolnshire County Council have a team called the Historic Places Team. This team manages the Lincolnshire Historic Environment Record. Lincolnshire County Council use this information to provide advice on archaeology and heritage to planning officers and others who are engaging with change in the historic environment. Lincolnshire County Council only provide advice on listed building consents for the county council’s own estate of properties. Advice on listed buildings and conservation areas in Lincolnshire is provided at district council level. Each district council in the county has a Conservation Officer.
Most roles in the Historic Places Team require the minimum of a degree in archaeology or a related subject.
