I am writing to request information under the Freedom of Information Act 2000.

Please provide the following information regarding the use of Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) by your Fire and Rescue Service:

1. Does your service currently use a CMMS or asset management system (AMS) to manage/track assets, PPE, maintenance schedules, or facilities, log defects and complete kit traceability?

2. If yes, please provide:

a. The name(s) of the platform(s) in use  (if removed CMMS please state)

b. The primary functions used (e.g., equipment maintenance, vehicle tracking, PPE issue, facilities management)

c. The start date, duration and terms of any current contracts or licenses

d. The number of users on the system

e. Annual costs related to the CMMS over the last three financial years

f. Any internal documentation, policy, or standard operating procedures related to the use of the CMMS

g. Which framework do you currently procure via?

3. If no CMMS is in use, a simple confirmation of that would be appreciated.

I can confirm that the information requested is held by Lincolnshire County Council. I have detailed below the information that is being released to you.

1. Yes, we use a Asset Management System.

c. Contract date 01/12/2025 to 30/11/2026 for 1 year subscription.

d. 650 users

e. £40,825.00

f. Yes, full guidance and SOP’s are found on our Learning Management System (Learn Pro)

g. The incumbent contract was not procured under a framework - it was a below threshold request for quotation process.

How we will procure the next one hasn't been decided as yet, but there are a lot of frameworks we could use
