I can confirm that the information requested is held by Lincolnshire County Council. I have detailed below the information that is being released to you.
1- £500,000 as part of an annual block budget allocated to flooding plus a one off allocation of £4million to support work following the impacts of Storms Babet and Henk.

4- Current financial year 2025/2026 surface water scheme delivery in Scopwick with a value of £308,000 (on site Oct/Nov) and Toynton St Peter with a forecast value of £500,000 (scheme design being finalised for commencement on site in March 2026). In addition, a programme of investigation, hydraulic modelling, feasibility and optioneering works across 22 locations has a forecasted spend of £1,626,342 for this financial year.
5- Locations are identified based on where internal flooding to property has occurred and is supported by a formal Section 19 Flood Investigation under the Flood and Water Management Act 2010.
6- Budget will be allocated as part of a forward programme of works but schemes can span financial years with investigation, modelling, feasibility and optioneering being undertaken prior to a scheme being delivered on site.
7- The work of the Flood and Water Management Scrutiny Committee is included in the work of the new Environment Scrutiny Committee and as such there is no change in the reports still being delivered.

9- Flood risk activities are supported though the functions that Lincolnshire County Council has in its role as Lead Local Flood Authority as well as working with other Risk Management Authorities and stakeholders in partnership with regards wider flood risk implications that affect Lincolnshire.
