Staff Whose Habitual Place of Work is Outside the UK

Under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 / FOISA 2002, please provide for the previous 10 years to today:

Whether your authority employs (or has employed) staff whose habitual place of work is outside the UK(including long-term remote working from the EU/EEA/Switzerland).If yes, for each such employee:

a) Country of habitual work (no personal data needed),

b) Whether the authority registered and paid employer/employee social security in that country (or instead used UK NI with A1/CoC),

c) If an A1/Certificate of Coverage was used: issuing state and validity dates,

d) Internal policy/guidance covering overseas working and social security compliance (URL or document),

e) If you decided not to employ overseas due to legal/social-security constraints, please provide the policy or decision record.
