Based on documents I have in my possession, the timeline of events appears to be as follows:
1. A letter dated 14th April 1978 from [redacted] to [redacted] confirms receipt of a letter from [redacted] dated 10th April 1978. I am seeking a copy of this missing letter from [redacted] to [redacted].
A letter from the Lincolnshire and South Humberside Area group, dated 20th November 1979, states "there would however seem to be no valid reason for diverting that section" of the path.
The diversion was officially approved on 28th January 1980.
2. I am seeking all correspondence, meeting minutes, and internal memos related to the application for this footpath diversion.
