I'm writing to confirm whether the grass verge in front of Rosehaven, Wickenby, Market Rasen, Lincolnshire, LN3 5AB

forms part of the adopted highway and whether it is maintained by the council.

The area appears to be unregistered land. Could you please confirm:

1. Whether this land is within the adopted highway boundary; and

2. If the council is responsible for its maintenance.

1. Yes, the narrow strip of land in front of Rosehaven forms part of the highway verge. See attached plan (not to scale), with the yellow sections showing the highway areas.
