1. In accordance with the Tiered Model of delivery for HR Services, all queries are sent to BS_HRAdvisory1@lincolnshire.gov.uk. This is manned by one Business Support Assistant. If they are unable to respond to the query they allocate to Tier 2, which is manned by two HR Advisors. If the query is complex or is an ongoing case this is allocated to the relevant Senior HR Advisor or HR Business Partner
