1. Lincolnshire County Council (LCC) delivers a wide range of learning programmes via the Adult Skills Fund which is funded by the Department for Education. In the academic year 2024/2025, ESOL provision accounted for approximately 5% of grant funding delivery.

2. LCC’s Adult Learning Service supports adults across Lincolnshire to access learning opportunities, of which ESOL is a small part. In the academic year 2024/2025, we delivered learning to 6,236 individual learners of which learners on ESOL courses accounted for 6%.
