The increase in national flags being displayed across the UK

I'm writing under the Freedom of Information act - I would be grateful if you are able to provide me with the following information:

I am looking into writing a story about the increase in national flags being displayed across the UK, both in terms of physical flags being flown and flags being painted or drawn on surfaces, with a focus on how much they have cost each council. Would you be able to send me the following:

The amount, in pounds (£) that your council have had to spend on putting up national flags since summer 2025.

The amount, in pounds (£) that your council have had to spend on taking down national flags since summer 2025.

The amount, in pounds (£) that your council have had to spend on damages caused by or related to national flags since summer 2025.

For clarity, national flags can mean the British national Union flag or the English national St. George's flag.

I would be grateful if you could provide the information requested in a spreadsheet readable format (e.g. an attached xlsx or csv file), rather than a pdf file.
