Disciplinary Cases Closed in 2024 - 2025 with Dismissal as Outcome
2. 2. For 2024/2025, LCC had 24 Settlement Agreements (14 in directorates and 10 in schools).
Our Settlement Agreements are not NDA’s but do include wording about maintaining confidentiality of the agreement and its terms (with the exception of disclosure to immediate family or relevant professional advisers)
