I can confirm that the information requested is held by Lincolnshire County Council. I have detailed below the information that is being released to you. 

1. 20,659 pupils\students of which 2428 are SEND

2.2024/2025 financial year = £54,850,272, of which £25,174,020 for SEND

3. 80miles, taking an SEND student to an Out of County School

4. 2023/2024 =£52,283,638 of which £20,493,601 is for SEND.

2022/2023 = £43,612,974 if which £16,703,841 is for SEND.

5. 2024/2025 spend =£54,850,272. Total Net revenue council for 2024/2025 = £654,119,911. Percentage = 8.39%
