Request

I am writing to request information under the Freedom of Information Act regarding the software applications used across departments at your authority. Please provide the following details for each department:

1. Name of each software application currently in use

2. Whether the application is installed locally on devices, hosted on a Virtual Desktop, or virtual app basis (Citrix or Azure VDI, or similar) or hosted by the developer (cloud based/SaaS)

3. Current version number of each application

4. Number of licences held for each application

5. Contract type - whether the contract is rolling or fixed-term 6. Annual cost of each application The departments I am referring to include (but are not limited to):

Decision

1-6. Lincolnshire County Council operate a number of business areas focussed on different citizen services. Each business area is responsible for the management, resourcing, procurement and delivery of the services including their supporting software products. Unfortunately, the specific information requested is not held or controlled centrally. To locate, retrieve and extract the information we have determined that it will exceed the time & cost limit of 18 hours or £450, therefore; we are refusing your request under Section 12 of the Freedom of Information Act 2000. If we were to receive a revised request which specified a service or business area, we could reconsider our response. A revised request will be considered a new request
