Employee Maternity Pay Data

1. I would like to request data around employee maternity pay; specifically if an employee has left the employee of the council and not returned for the stated three months post maternity leave. Currently, the policy for the council states that if an employee does not return for three months post maternity leave it is at their discretion to the amount the employee will pay back.

2. I have found this to be non standardised, and therefore request all data showing how much each employee has paid back of occupational maternity pay if they have not returned to the authority.



Can I receive data for the last 5 years.
