1. I need to know whether there has been any flooding in that area within 200m of the property in the last 10 years.

I just need to know when, if at all, that area flooded in the past.

After consulting the records, Lincolnshire County Council, in its capacity as the Lead Local Flood Authority, is not aware of any internally flooded properties in Craven Mews, Lincoln or within 200m of the search area.

The only record of flooding within 200m is one instance of external flooding (water is not understood to have entered inside the property), which occurred to a property on Webb Street, Lincoln in 2022.
