Copy Bond ( Surety ) Bishops Green - Section 38 Agreement

1. Please could you kindly provide a copy of the Bond associated with the Section 38 Agreement between Lincolnshire County Council and Beal Homes Limited in respect of Bishops Green, Welton, phases 2 and 3.

1-2. Lincolnshire County Council (LCC) do not hold details of the bond besides what is contained in the Section 38 agreement. LCC is able to provide copies of the Section 38 agreements, for this there is a £35 administration charge per agreement.
