1. Please provide details of the number of Formal Resolution cases under the Employee resolution (grievance) policy and procedure that have been raised by staff since January 2024.

2. Please include the nature of the grievance raised where possible, the sector/area the issue was raised, the time from formal resolution being requested to an outcome being reached in each instance, and the outcome of the instances, including the number that are currently in process.
