2) Please provide the response, if any, that LCC Archaeology gave to this industry wide consultation earlier this year:

1) Lincolnshire County Council can confirm that revealing personal information of a particular officer of the county council is considered exempt from disclosure under section 40(2) of the Freedom of Information regulations.

2) Lincolnshire County Council can confirm that officers of the county council have been involved with discussions about the draft guidance on archaeology and solar farm developments. The Historic Places Team provided a response to the consultation earlier in September 2025 and awaits with interest to see what emerges as a result of that consultation process. A copy of this authority’s submission is attached.
